Moved to yet another webhost, netvirtue. At least on paper, they appear to have more reliability and better support, which is more than can be said for the previous hosts, crazydomains.
The last straw happened last weekend – outgoing e-mail was down all last weekend due to a faulty SMTP server. Multiple calls to their Indian call centre were useless – they were incapable of generating a tracking number which meant every phone call meant describing the problem one more time to a new person. I finally looked at a number of reviews on whirlpool.com.au, all of which were critical (and that’s being polite) of crazydomains.
